What are check-in and checkout times?
Check-in from 3 pm, checkout by 11 am. Direct suite bookings carry a guaranteed 2 pm late checkout at no charge.
Is there a dress code for the casino?
Smart casual throughout; after 9 pm the floor asks for covered footwear and no beachwear. The Pearl Room leans cocktail.
Do you allow children and pets?
Both — the Royal Academy runs kids' programs daily, and dogs under 12 kg are welcomed with the pet program (gaming areas remain 18+).
