The terms that govern your use of this website and the booking, accommodation and gaming services offered through it.
By using apexstayau.com or booking our services you accept these terms. They are written to be read — if anything is unclear, our team will explain it before you book.
Bookings and rates
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates are quoted in Australian dollars, include GST unless stated, and are guaranteed once confirmed in writing. Best-rate guarantees apply to direct bookings only. Special-event periods may carry minimum-stay requirements shown at booking.
Payment and cancellation
A valid card is required to secure reservations; some rates are prepaid. Standard cancellation is free until 4 pm the day before arrival unless your rate states otherwise; late cancellations and no-shows may incur the first night's charge. Event, salon and package bookings carry their own deposit and cancellation schedules, provided in writing before payment.
Guest conduct
Guests are expected to behave with reasonable regard for other guests and staff. The house may refuse service or remove persons who are intoxicated, disruptive, or who breach house rules. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Gaming areas are restricted to guests 18+ with valid identification.
Casino and gaming terms
All gaming is conducted under South Australian law and published house rules available at the loyalty desk. The house enforces responsible-gaming tools including limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Malfunction voids all plays and pays. Management decisions on game disputes are final, subject to regulatory review rights.
Loyalty program
Members' Club points, tiers and privileges are governed by the program rules available at the desk — earn rates, redemption values and tier criteria are published there. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as per the program rules.
Website use
You may browse and share links to this site freely. You may not: scrape or bulk-download content; misrepresent bookings or reviews; attempt to breach site security; or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for misuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published on this page applies from its effective date. Material changes are flagged on the site for 30 days. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
